GCND  "Facebook" Page Launched

The GCND Initiative "Facebook" page has been launched!  Click here to be connected.  Once connected, we suggest you add this page to your favorites.

The GCND Facebook page is an online vehicle for all members of our Notre Dame family to send a personal message to support our adopted soldiers in Afghanistan.  We will encourage our soldiers and their immediate family members to converse with us.  Your active participation is crucial.  Please take a few minutes today and get involved.

This link will bring you to the "WALL".  The "WALL" is one of four tabs at the top of the page and is the tab on which you can write a Comment or message. 

We encourage you to examine what is posted on the 4 tabs - WALL, INFO, PHOTOS and NOTES. You are welcome to read and view what is posted on the INFO, PHOTOS and NOTES tabs but these tabs are maintained by the Administrators. Please restrict your comments and messages to the WALL.

You do not need to be a Facebook member to view the Facebook content. However, you do need to be a Facebook member in order to write a comment on the "WALL".  To register, enter your email address as your user ID and then create a password.  Then you are set to go.  Please remember your password.

You can enter your message in the "What's on your mind?" text box and then click on Share.

You can also write a Comment on any existing Message or Note on the "WALL".

If you do not wish to write a message directly on this site for whatever reason, you can email your message to Steve Zeber zebers@bellsouth.net or Ed Charbonnet echarbo1@comcast.net and ask them to post them.  You may do the same if you wish to share things like links to a published article or story, videos, photos or images.

You can stick a yellow ribbon onto your automobile or you can connect with our adopted troops via Facebook to show your support.  Which choice do you think is more meaningful?  So, let's do it!  You can get your whole family involved on this message support.
